Bisan General Contracting and Real Estate Investments company Ltd. was established in 2003 on the basis of the continuous efforts of its founder, Engineer Hassan Rashid Al-Saffar, as an extension of Al-Bilad Electrical and Mechanical Contracting Company established in 1985, which implemented multiple electrical projects in the public and private sectors
The capabilities of the group are based on technical knowledge and rich human capital that combines local professional expertise with international expertise that can meet every need in building, operating and maintaining projects with technical requirements and continue to supply goods and provide the services required in a timely manner until we reach the satisfaction of the customer

Quality Policy
The main objective of Bisan company is to provide services in a manner consistent with the contract requirements and international specifications. In order to achieve this goal, the company’s policy has to maintain a quality assurance program that is efficient and effective and developed from one period to another within the objectives of the quality management system represented in:
1. Preserving the effective quality guarantee system.
2. Preserving the level of quality which enhances the company image in line with the project specifications.
3. Guarantee compliance with law and safety requirements.

Projects
Bisan Residential Complex in Shatrah town consists of 210 horizontal residential units, with the Complex infrastructure, in a cost of more than eighteen billion dinars, implemented on three stages, the first in 2017; the second and third in 2021 are completely implemented.
It is a residential complex in Baghdad for SOMO and Ministry of Oil employees, in association with the British Fromewill Ltd Co., in a temporary coalition called Bisan and Fromewill coalition, under investment issued by Baghdad Investment Commission, at a cost of more than fifty billion dinars, and 453 vertical residential units. Working in the project reached more than 80%, including the infrastructure.
